Ban.gl Emergency Bracelet

The Ban.gl Emergency Bracelet is returnable throughout the lifetime of your subscription for a free replacement, up to a maximum of three per 12 months. After that, there is a small charge of £4.99 per bracelet replacement.

Ban.gl Business Cards

We offer free replacements for worn-out cards. Additionally, we will replace up to 3 lost cards per 12-month subscription period, free of charge. This benefit lasts for the lifetime of your subscription.

Returns for Refunds

If the product is no longer required, we offer refunds on a pro-rata basis of the remaining subscription period.

Sticker Products

For our sticker products, we offer a 30-day return policy with no quibble. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

No Additional Fees

There are no restocking fees or any other transaction fees associated with returning products.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and offer exchanges. Products can be returned if they are new or slightly used, with a return window lasting the lifetime of the subscription.

Returns can be made by mail. A return label is included in the package, and it is free of charge. There are no restocking fees, and refunds are processed within 1 day.
