The Ban.gl First Responder QR code provides a means for an individual to store vital personal information and have that information available to a first responder via a simple QR code. It does not have to be your life story, just your name and whether you have any medical conditions of note or allergies or medication requirements.

That's the thing, it's completely up to the individual what and how much information they deem appropriate, but at the very least, it should include their name. To be really useful to First Responders and others in a medical emergency, we'd actually recommend at least name, DOB, existing medical conditions, and known allergies.
